There was a buzz in halls of Automatica this week as Universal Robots revealed their much talked about new product, the UR20. With the tagline, ‘This is the cobot. Redefined.’  The UR20 has been re-imagined, redesigned, and rebuilt from the ground up. Every detail, from the software to the end caps, has been strategically architected to deliver next-generation performance and quality so that you can increase throughput, uptime, and get more product out to market faster than ever before.

The UR20 has a payload of 20kg and a reach of 1750mm & keeps the characteristic small UR footprint. It is built for higher payloads and can achieve up to 65% more speed.
